Leslie will play a critical role in EnSafe’s burgeoning Brownfields practice, working with communities and organizations to secure funding for their development projects.
With over 25 years of experience in the US EPA Brownfields sector, Leslie holds a master’s degree in Urban & Regional Planning from the University of Florida. Her understanding of economic development, urban and rural growth patterns, engineering standards, and environmental and land development regulations provides clients with valuable insights and perspectives that enhance grant applications.
