ELEVATE, EnSafe’s professional development program, was created to help employees expand their leadership skills, build meaningful connections, and prepare for the next stage of their careers.
Launched in 2025, ELEVATE brings together employees from different offices, disciplines, and backgrounds to participate in an intensive leadership experience focused on communication, self-awareness, collaboration, and professional growth.
Developed in partnership with leadership development consultant Your Write Hand, the program equips participants with practical tools they can immediately apply to their work, helping them become stronger consultants, mentors, and leaders. Along the way, they build relationships that extend beyond projects and office locations, creating a network of colleagues who support one another long after the program ends.
Participants consistently describe the program as both professionally impactful and personally rewarding.
“ELEVATE provided me with strong foundational tools that were both relevant and immediately impactful in how I approach my role at EnSafe,” said Marshall Gibson. “Using these tools has enabled me to expand my capabilities and strengthen my core leadership skills.”
Beyond leadership development, ELEVATE fosters relationships across offices and service lines, helping employees better understand the breadth of expertise within EnSafe.

The program also encourages participants to develop greater self-awareness and intentional leadership practices that benefit both our colleagues and clients.
