We protect the environment and benefit the communities where we work through numerous important programs:

Energy/Resource Conservation
As a participant in Tennessee Valley Authority’s Green Power Switch program, we purchased hundreds of blocks of Green Power. Each block of Green Power ensures 150 kilowatt‐hours of electricity is generated in the Tennessee Valley region by a renewable resource. Each block of Green Power is the equivalent of avoiding CO2 emissions of over 11 gallons of gasoline.

Academic Community Support
EnSafe focuses a considerable amount of its profits to support academic communities that develop new science and engineering talent. For example, EnSafe has supported the Memphis and Shelby County Science and Engineering Fair for over 35 years and is one of the fair’s underlying financial sponsors. EnSafe also established and endowed the EnSafe Charitable Trust at the Community Foundation of Memphis to support organizations and charities that further education in the fields of math, science, and engineering.
