EnSafe’s Environmental Consultant to Participate on Panel for ABA SEER Webinar

EnSafe’s Ric Federico PG, CHMM, HEM, Associate Principal and Quality Manager, will be participating on the panel for the American Bar Association’s Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources (SEER) May 31 webinar titled Environmental Due Diligence 101 & Review of the New ASTM-21 Standard.

This webinar will focus on the critical role Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) play in due diligence, will explore changes to the updated ASTM Phase I ESA standard, and offer real life examples of due diligence failures.  As an environmental consultant with 29 years of experience including numerous environmental due diligence projects, Ric will discuss Phase I ESA basics (e.g., who can conduct them, ASTM terminology, key elements of research, and required report components).  The other members of the panel include three seasoned environmental attorneys who will weigh in from a legal perspective.

Anyone who is interested in attending the webinar may use this link to register, regardless of ABA membership status. Whether you’re an attorney, consultant, lender, developer, or anyone else who interacts with Phase I ESAs, you will find value in this informative webinar.
