EnSafe’s Ric Federico PG, CHMM, HEM, Associate Principal and Quality Manager, will be participating on the panel for the American Bar Association’s Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources (SEER) May 31 webinar titled Environmental Due Diligence 101 & Review of the New ASTM-21 Standard.
This webinar will focus on the critical role Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) play in due diligence, will explore changes to the updated ASTM Phase I ESA standard, and offer real life examples of due diligence failures. The other members of the panel include three seasoned environmental attorneys who will weigh in from a legal perspective.
