EnSafe’s hazardous materials transportation subject matter lead, Kevin Arick (Memphis office) was recently selected to serve a two-year term on the Certified Dangerous Goods Professional (CDGP) examination committee for the Institute of Hazardous Materials Management. In this volunteer position, Kevin will participate in committee meetings and review content for the CDGP certification exam.
Kevin is one of only 80 worldwide CDGPs, an elite group of professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to transport and secure hazardous materials/dangerous goods in accordance with international regulations including: the UN Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods,International Civil Aviation Organization’s Technical Instructions, and the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code. Kevin is also a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), providing multi-media environmental compliance consulting and training to clients and EnSafe employees.
