EnSafe announces the hiring of Caroline Smith as our new Vice President of Human Resources. Smith has worked in human resources for more than 15 years. She joins EnSafe from TruGreen where she served as the Director of Human Resources Operations. In this role, Caroline led a two-year long human resources, payroll, and systems transformation project and built a team of 18 human resources professionals.
In addition to her change management skills, Smith brings with her a vast array of human resources expertise in organizational development, recruitment, and employee relations from years of serving clients as a Human Resources Consultant and Human Resources Director in various industries.
