EnSafe to Present at 73rd Annual SMACNA Convention

Vice President of Health and Safety Services, Mike Palmer, CIH, CSP and EnSafe Principal, Frank McInturff, PE, will present at this year’s Sheet Metal & Air Conditioning Contractors’ National Association (SMACNA) Convention in Phoenix, Arizona.  SMACNA is hosting the meeting October 16-19, 2016, at JW Marriott Desert Ridge.

Palmer and McInturff’s presentation is titled “Leveraging Technology for Safety Management Programs.”  The presentation will highlight the broad spectrum of technology solutions being adopted by today’s companies.  McInturff and Palmer will also demonstrate an approach that involves using readily available, mobile technologies that can be rapidly adapted and deployed to benefit safety programs.

“Safety information management has changed rapidly and dramatically over the past decade with the acceleration of collaborative enterprise systems, mobile devices, and cloud computing,” states McInturff.  “Leveraging Technology is a crucial tool for managing the information that all businesses use to make decisions and analyze performance.”

Palmer has provided technical consulting for more than 34 years related to industrial safety, construction safety, process safety management, industrial hygiene, and training.  With more than 25 years’ consulting experience, McInturff provides strategic leadership in leveraging technology for the delivery of EnSafe’s environmental and safety services, including analytical data management, geographical information systems, and EHS enterprise and application tools selection and implementation.
