We are excited to announce the appointment of Megan Butts as Business Lead in our Jackson, Mississippi, office and Christopher Kennedy as Business Lead in our Dallas, TX, office!
In their new roles, Megan and Christopher will play a key part in aligning local leadership with EnSafe’s corporate strategy, ensuring that each office operates with excellence, collaboration, and a shared vision for growth. They will focus on strengthening client partnerships, enhancing operational performance, and cultivating a culture of accountability and innovation that supports both their teams and EnSafe’s long-term success.
Since joining EnSafe in 2022, Megan has managed more than 150 projects across the Health & Safety and Environmental service lines. Her work spans industrial hygiene, training, auditing, and regulatory permitting and compliance, serving key clients throughout the Jackson region.
“My goal is to continue building on our office’s growth by fostering collaboration, maintaining strong morale, and empowering every team member to succeed,” Megan shared. “By working together and engaging with our community, we can strengthen EnSafe’s presence and impact in the region.”
Christopher holds a B.S. in Geology from UT Arlington and an M.S. in Environmental Science from Florida Tech. With over 20 years of experience managing environmental projects, including Phase I/II ESAs, UST assessments, compliance services, and PFAS investigations, he brings extensive expertise to his new leadership position.
“My goal is to foster a culture where everyone takes ownership, thinks like an owner, and delivers the highest-quality service to our clients,” Christopher said. “By encouraging initiative, accountability, and excellence, we can continue to grow and make a meaningful impact together.”
