1. SMS/Text Messaging Terms of Use
By opting in to or using a text message service from EnSafe, you accept these terms and conditions.
This agreement is between you and EnSafe, Inc. (“EnSafe,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), located at 5724 Summer Trees Drive, Memphis, TN 38134.
This policy applies to text messages sent by EnSafe in connection with the recruiting and hiring process, including communications related to job applications, interview scheduling, hiring status updates, and other candidate-related correspondence.
2. Definitions
“Opting In,” “Opt In,” and “Opt-In” refer to requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages from EnSafe.
“Text Message Service” includes any arrangement in which EnSafe sends one or more messages to your mobile phone number, including SMS, MMS, or successor messaging protocols.
3. Consent to Text Messaging
By opting in to receive text messages from EnSafe, you agree to these terms and conditions, our Terms of Use (ensafe.com/terms-of-use), and our Privacy Policy (ensafe.com/privacy-policy).
Your consent is voluntary. Opting in to text messages is not a condition of applying for or being considered for employment with EnSafe. You may apply for positions and participate fully in the hiring process without consenting to text messages.
You may provide consent by:
- Checking an opt-in box during the online application process
- Responding to an initial opt-in text message with a confirmation keyword (e.g., YES)
- Providing your mobile number and expressly agreeing to receive text communications during the application or interview process
4. Electronic Signature Disclosure
By consenting to receive text messages, you also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw your consent to the use of the electronic record at any time by replying STOP to any message.
5. Types of Messages
If you opt in, EnSafe may send you text messages related to:
- Confirmation that your application was received
- Interview scheduling, reminders, and updates
- Requests for additional information related to your application
- Status updates on your candidacy
- Onboarding communications if you accept a position
EnSafe will not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages through this service.
6. Privacy
EnSafe respects your privacy. We use the information you provide through this service only to deliver recruiting-related text messages and respond to your inquiries. This may include sharing information with service providers who assist in message delivery, such as our candidate communication platform and wireless carriers.
Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent records will not be shared with any third parties except as necessary to operate this service or as required by law.
We reserve the right to disclose information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property.

7. Cost
EnSafe does not charge for text messages sent through this service. Message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply depending on your plan. Contact your carrier for details.
8. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the recruiting process. You may receive messages related to application status, interview coordination, and other hiring-related communications. The number of messages depends on where you are in the process and whether your responses generate additional correspondence from our recruiting team.
9. Opting Out
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying to any message with one of the following keywords:
STOP • QUIT • END • REVOKE • OPT OUT • CANCEL • UNSUBSCRIBE
After you opt out, we will send a single confirmation message. You will not receive additional text messages from EnSafe unless you opt in again.
Opting out of text messages will not affect your application status or consideration for employment.

11. Supported Carriers
This service is supported on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network availability and coverage area.
12. Changes to This Policy
EnSafe may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when it was last updated. Continued use of the text message service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
