Tom isn’t quick to give his opinions and thoughts. He’s known for deliberate pauses, followed by thoughtfully delivered ideas that reveal his creative, status-quo-challenging approach to problem solving. He truly embodies EnSafe’s mantra T³ (Think Things Through).
