We are excited to welcome Casey Amend as EnSafe’s new Director of Recruiting! Casey brings over 15 years of talent acquisition leadership, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams, optimizing recruitment operations, and delivering great candidate experiences.

Before joining our firm, Casey served as Director of Talent Acquisition, where she led strategic hiring initiatives, modernized recruiting processes through technology and automation, and championed high performance across the organization. She also held senior recruiting roles at global corporations, where she led executive search efforts, built and scaled recruiting teams, and supported international expansion.
