EnSafe’s Matt Moore Elected President of Alabama Brownfields Association

EnSafe is proud to announce that Matt Moore, PG, has been elected President of the Alabama Brownfields Association (ALBFA).

ALBFA brings together professionals dedicated to helping communities across Alabama transform challenged properties into productive opportunities. Through education, statewide connections, and collaboration, the organization supports communities seeking brownfields resources and strengthens partnerships among local governments, regulators, redevelopment professionals, and other stakeholders.

Matt brings more than 24 years of environmental assessment and remediation experience across Alabama and the Southeast to his new role. As President, he will help advance ALBFA’s efforts to connect the people and resources needed to move brownfield properties toward productive community use.

In accepting the role, Matt shared:

“I am honored to serve as President of the Alabama Brownfields Association. I look forward to building on the strong momentum already underway while advancing new ideas, expanding statewide connections, and strengthening the education and partnerships that support redevelopment and benefit Alabama communities.”
