COMMITMENT TO SMALL BUSINESS

A Message from our CEO

EnSafe is committed to creating and maintaining a world-class small business program that provides diverse suppliers and subcontractors the opportunity to compete for a role on a contract with EnSafe.

We promote participation for all categories of small business concerns, including woman-owned small business concerns, small disadvantaged business concerns, veteran-owned small business concerns, service disabled veteran-owned small business concerns, and Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) concerns.

We have found that working with diverse suppliers and subcontractors broadens our knowledge base and our capabilities, enhances our competitiveness, and fosters a healthy business environment. Therefore, we:

  • Seek and develop relationships with all categories of small business concerns through mentor-protégé programs, joint ventures, teaming arrangements, and subcontracting opportunities.

  • Give fair consideration and opportunity to all categories of small business concerns who participate in EnSafe’s procurement process.

  • Foster strategic relationships with small business concerns that lead to subcontracting as well as prime contracting opportunities.

  • Publicize our interest in establishing relationships with all categories of small business concerns in EnSafe’s procurement opportunities.

  • Provide information and training on how to do business with EnSafe.

  • Ensure that EnSafe employees are informed of the Small Business and Supplier Diversity policies important to our business practices.
