Title V Air Permitting for Fortune 20 Manufacturer

EnSafe has been providing continuous Clean Air Act compliance services for a Fortune 20 manufacturer for nearly 15 years. Initial work included developing the comprehensive Title V permit application, which included the development and use of a database to manage and track all the material usage onsite, regulatory applicability determination, and a review on how production growth would impact the emissions and the flexibility of the permit.

EnSafe has assisted the client in successfully demonstrating to the local regulatory agencies that several New Source Performance Standards and National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants were not applicable to the facility and has been successful in removing unnecessary restrictions from the Title V permit.
