Safety Training for Computer Manufacturer

EnSafe developed numerous training courses for four facilities. The courses were designed to ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration, National Fire Protection Association, and other regulatory initiatives.

The courses were customized to meet the computer manufacturer's safety standards and tailored to individual facilities and processes. In most cases, the training consisted of a combination of classroom and hands-on activities designed to give the participants the best possible understanding of the material presented.

The training modules constituted an effective presentation of the regulatory guidance combined with internal client mandates and principles. The addition of task- and site-specific information and photographs made the training especially relevant and meaningful to participants. EnSafe’s role was that of highly-qualified safety professionals the client could use as needed to develop quality programs and training, alleviating the computer manufacturer from having to staff similar full-time internal positions.
