Machine-Guarding and Hazards Risk Assessments; SHE Information Systems

EnSafe delivered safety and integrated technology solutions to a defense contractor, performing more than 6,200 Machine-Guarding and Hazards Risk Assessment across three lines of businesses at 42 facilities in the U.S., Europe, and Africa.

EnSafe leveraged mobile technologies and developed information management tools to standardize a sustainable risk assessment program. EnSafe also developed Microsoft SharePoint sites that were integrated into the client's corporate intranet. The Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) intranet sites included SHE Leading Performance Indicators tracking, corrective action management, and SHE Scorecard system.

EnSafe also developed Machine-Guarding and Fall Protection Solutions Manuals and provided risk-assessment training based on our process and technology tools.

By leveraging mobile and Microsoft SharePoint Technologies, EnSafe delivered 6,200+ risk assessments with multiple teams over an expedited schedule. Our application of technology resulted in standardizing information processing using a sustainable technology solution and reduced overall project cost by approximately 30%, by comparison to traditional risk assessment methods.
