EnSafe Wins Two Grand Awards for Engineering Excellence in Statewide Competition

EnSafe Inc. won two Grand Awards for Engineering Excellence in the statewide 2011 Engineering Excellence Awards competition sponsored by the American Council of Engineering Companies of Tennessee. EnSafe received a Grand Award in the competition’s environmental category for its Pilot Test: Extreme Degradation Conditions project in Tampa, Florida, completed for Helena Chemical Company. Another Grand Award was presented to EnSafe for its project, GIS Mapping: Stormwater Outfalls on State Highways, completed for the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT). At the ACEC annual banquet in Nashville on March 8th, the awards were presented before an audience of more than 250 Tennessee engineers, business/civic leaders, as well as city, state, and county officials.
