Tennessee Issues Draft Construction Storm Water Permit
Public hearings are being scheduled to explain the recently released draft of Tennessee’s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Permit for Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Construction Activity (CGP). The permit authorizes point-source discharges of storm water associated with construction activities in accordance with monitoring and reporting requirements, effluent limitations, and other provisions.
