Senior Professionals Join EnSafe

Knoxville Office Adds Personnel

Two senior professionals have joined EnSafe’s Knoxville, Tennessee, office.

Allison Bailey, PG, is a senior project manager / geologist with more than 20 years’ experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Geology from Tennessee Technological University and is registered as a Professional Geologist in Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina, and Florida. She has been involved with a variety of multidisciplinary Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), underground storage tank, and National Pollutant Discharge and Elimination System (NPDES) projects for the Department of Energy, Department of Defense, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, National Guard Bureau, and Tennessee Department of Transportation as well as for private industry.

Mike Cramer, PE, is a senior environmental engineer with more than 25 years’ experience. He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Geological Engineering from Michigan Technological University. A registered Professional Engineer in Tennessee, Mr. Cramer also is a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control. He has experience in a wide range of project management, engineering design, and construction projects throughout the U.S. This experience includes storm water and wastewater management, construction management and supervision, erosion and sediment control design and implementation, landfill design and construction, soil and groundwater remediation, regulatory permitting, and site investigations. He has had substantial experience with most major federal environmental regulatory programs, including NPDES, CERCLA, and RCRA.
