EnSafe Inc. received the 2007 Sustaining Member Award from the Memphis Post, Society for American Military Engineers (SAME). EnSafe, headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee, was recognized for its support of the local engineering organization. That support included supplying speakers and meeting space for professional development presentations as well as other Post events.

The Memphis Post, established in 1959, has more than 150 members who gather monthly for presentations by guest speakers from the engineering world. In addition, the Memphis Post sponsors a scholarship program for engineering students, golf outings, and participates in several community-sponsored activities. EnSafe also actively supports those efforts.

Locally and globally, SAME's mission is to promote and facilitate engineering support for national security by developing and enhancing relationships and competencies among uniformed services, public and private sector engineers, and related professionals. EnSafe also is active in several other SAME posts across the U.S.
