EnSafe Inc. announces the re-establishment of operations in North Carolina,
under the leadership of Carol Moser, a veteran environmental consultant. Ms.
Moser has extensive experience in environmental management in regulatory,
consulting, and manufacturing arenas with special skills in project management,
air permitting, regulatory compliance and environmental management systems. Her
technical expertise and specialties include air quality issues such as:

Federally enforceable state operating permits

Synthetic minor and construction permitting

Air emission inventories
-
Air dispersion modeling
She also has experience in Superfund Amendment and Reauthorization Act
compliance; storm water pollution prevention planning; spill prevention,
control, and countermeasure planning; and onsite compliance evaluations.
Ms. Moser holds an M.S. in Civil Engineering (Environmental Engineering
emphasis) from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte and a B.S. in Animal
Science from North Carolina State University. She is also certified as an
Environmental Management Systems Lead Auditor.
