Bradford to Address Memphis Area Association of Realtors
"Environmental Liability in Shelby County & Tennessee" will be EnSafe Inc. Associate Principal Don Bradford's topic for the Commercial Broker Forum scheduled Aug. 24, 2006, at 8:30 a.m. at the MAAR Education Center, 6393 Poplar Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee.

Mr. Bradford will discuss the tools available to manage environmental issues associated with real estate transactions. He will give specific examples of commonly encountered environmental issues, such as underground storage tanks and paint-related issues. He also will cover the new Tennessee Brownfield approach to addressing prospective purchaser liability.

As EnSafe's manager of compliance services, Mr. Bradford has developed programs covering a wide range of environmental topics, including:
Environmental Risk Management, Hazardous Materials and Waste Identification, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, EPA's "All Appropriate Inquiry" Regulations, State and Federal Brownfields Programs, and Environmental Regulatory Compliance Training programs. A certified hazardous materials manager, he has presented these programs to EnSafe clients throughout the U.S. and abroad.
