We underwrite a portion of the premium cost for both employees and their dependents. EnSafe also provides life insurance, long- and short-term disability, and travel accident coverage for all full-time and eligible part-time employees.
Paid Time Off
Work / life balance is essential to driving the energy and creativity that make EnSafe and its people succeed. Paid time away from work is important to the overall well-being of our employees, and we encourage employees to take a break from work by providing seven paid holidays throughout the year, four bonus holidays during December, and paid time off based on grade level and length of service for all eligible employees.
