Profit Sharing

Employees share in EnSafe profits with a plan, which includes immediate and deferred components. While the level of profit sharing is not guaranteed, employees share in such profits based on current year performance as determined by EnSafe management. Examples of EnSafe's profit sharing:

Insurance

EnSafe has a comprehensive insurance package available for employees and their dependents that includes the following coverage:

 

EnSafe underwrites a portion of the premium costs for both employees and their dependents. EnSafe also provides life insurance, long and short-term disability, and travel accident coverage for all full-time and eligible part-time employees.

 

Paid Time Off

EnSafe feels that time off is important to the overall well-being of our employees, and we encourage employees to take a break from work by providing seven paid holidays throughout the year, four bonus holidays during the month of December, and paid time off based on grade level and length of service for all eligible employees.

 

Other benefits that EnSafe provides include a flex spending plan and professional development reimbursement. Employees are encouraged to keep their knowledge current and to obtain professional certifications, if appropriate.
